Wow… this COVID-19 has brought tourism and travel to a near standstill. We have had numerous requests to return our daytime service, but we cannot operate these services if we don’t have enough passengers to offset the cost of providing the service. That requires some advanced planning and, to that end, we have decided to offer our daytime service on a limited schedule. Starting June 15th, we will offer our early shuttle (departs 5am from LHC and 7am from Laughlin) on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday every week. If demand supports it, we will fill out the weekly schedule over the next month or two. For your planning purposes, please expect the service to be available on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Also… please don’t forget that our evening service is offered every day.
VegasAirporter.com wants to express its heartfelt appreciation for our frontline team members who work tirelessly to provide our service to those who need it most.
The safety of our customers and employees is our top priority. To protect everyone, all employees are required and customers encouraged to wear a facial covering. If you need to travel with us, know that we are taking extra steps to ensure your safety, including taking the following measures:
Enhancing Cleaning Protocols
We have increased the frequency of overall cleaning services of our vehicles and all hard surfaces and seating areas are treated with viricide immediately after each debarkation. Onboard our vehicles, we continue to recommend that everyone follow CDC guidelines around physical distancing.
Taking Steps to Protect Yourself and Others
We are regularly sharing best practices with employees and customers on ways to protect against communicable diseases. As recommended by the CDC, we encourage everyone to use a facial covering, practice physical distancing, frequently wash hands, and please stay home if you are feeling ill.
MAY 1, 2020 – We continue to operate our evening service every day. Departures from Lake Havasu at 5pm, Kingman at 6pm, Laughlin at 7pm and the return trip departing from Las Vegas Airport at 930pm.
We wish we could restart our daytime service immediately, but we just can’t… not yet. For right now, we will not be scheduling any daytime trips for the month of May. We will reevaluate around mid-month to determine if we will run in June. Basically, we need to see a return of interest in air travel and a return to the Nevada destinations that, as of this writing, are still shuttered.

We would like to ease your worries with our Peace of Mind travel policy, offering to reissue your ticket with no change fee if you know when you’d like to reschedule, or exchanging your ticket for an Gift Card if you don’t have your new dates just yet.
Effective April 1, 2020, we are temporarily suspending our daytime routes until the COVID-19 crisis is resolved. We are still offering our evening service between the Las Vegas Airport and the communities of the Laughlin, Kingman and Lake Havasu City.
That’s right! We just added a third daily run to provide a later option for those with late or very early flights.
This is a very limited stop run that will operate on the following schedule (all times stated are in the local time zone):
6:00pm – Departs Lake Havasu – Quality Inn
7:00pm – Departs Kingman – Motel 6 West
7:00pm – Departs Laughlin – Tropicana Express
8:30pm – Arrives McCarran Airport
9:30pm – Departs McCarran Airport
11:00pm – Departs Laughlin – Tropicana Express
1:00am – Departs Kingman – Motel 6 West
2:00am – Arrives Lake Havasu – Quality Inn
We are updating our service, website and routes to better provide for our customers needs. We felt that since our service focuses on ground transportation to and from the Las Vegas Airport, our name should reflect that.
